Holiday rental

Above prices opposite apply for bookings made from April 2009.

  • A 20% Non refundable deposit required at the time of booking to secure villa.
  • Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.
  • £150 refundable damage deposit required.
  • (returned within 14 days of departure from the villa)
  • Special rates available for long stays see Long term rental below.
  • Air Conditioning is FREE


Welcome packs are available for a small charge please ask for details.

All Bedding and Bath Towels are provided, just bring your Beach towels.

Car Hire is essential but not a problem, just let us know what you want and we will have it waiting at the airport or at the villa.

Long term rental

The minimum rental period is 6 months to as long as you wish.

If your want to get a feel for Cyprus before making the decision to move.
We recommend you rent for at least a year to experience all Cyprus has to offer.

If your looking for that special place for your dream home or waiting to move into your new home,we can accomodate at a competative rate.We also accept pets in the villa.(although an extra deposit willl be required)

Prices start from € 750 p.c.m. with 1 months deposit and rental paid 1 month in advance.

If you wish to have pets in the villa a separate € 200 deposit will be required.

The rental price excludes pool maintenance throughout the year.
